Questions

Who can issue certificates?

Organizations with a Veriss account. If you already use Veriss Payments or Veriss Forms, sign in with the same email and password. Otherwise, register your organization first.

How does someone check a certificate is real?

They scan the QR code or enter the certificate number on the verification page. It shows whether the certificate is valid, who it was issued to, by which organization and when.

What if an email doesn't arrive?

Every certificate's delivery status is shown in your dashboard. You can resend any certificate, or retry all failed ones in a batch, without paying again. You can also download any certificate yourself.

When are certificates generated?

As soon as Veriss Payments confirms your payment. Nothing is generated or sent before that, and you can watch the batch's progress in your dashboard.
